Shipping & Returns
We currently ship locally but all orders will be soon available for shipping internationally. Local delivery fees are 30 QAR inside Doha and 50 QAR outside of Doha. Local deliveries will be scheduled within 1-3 days from your order. You may contact us via WhatsApp if you need your order to be delivered earlier so we can assist you on the matter. Transit time for international shipping will vary depending on the country.
For international shipping, all orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible via the shipping method of your choice from the available options. Delivery time depends on your location. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Your order will be insured if you choose the option at checkout, if your package does not arrive you might be eligible for a refund or replacement. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
All prices on our webpage are displayed in QAR. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
· Product is defective
· Product is not as described
· Product must be unopened
· Product must be in original packaging
· Product must be unused
· Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Contact email@example.com to receive an address for return.
For local returns there is a charge of 30 QAR inside Doha and 50 QAR outside of Doha to arrange a courier collection of a returned item.
For international returns you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
